Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory control, cycle counts, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
