Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 night shift team members
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement improvement initiatives
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational issues during non-standard hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Night shift supervisory background preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift operator certification
