Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task prioritization
- Monitor inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handover and operational continuity
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software (SAP or Oracle)
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent written/verbal communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
