Responsibilities
- Coordinate night shift team activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Monitor warehouse operations, including forklift operations, loading/unloading, and quality control
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
- Generate daily performance reports and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and strong equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
