Responsibilities
- Coordinate nightly inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operations
- Conduct daily performance reviews and address operational issues
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift operation and inventory software proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory management skills
