Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily KPIs
- Optimize inventory management systems for 24/3 warehouse operations
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational challenges using data-driven decision making
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with lean manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
