Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 night shift warehouse staff
- Oversee inventory control and accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight
- Optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
