Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team during peak operations
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional department handoffs
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Generate shift performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
