Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight operations, including training and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and accurate documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Optimize workflow processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
