Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift warehouse associates during peak operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols ensuring zero workplace incidents
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Conduct performance reviews and mentorship sessions
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate industrial environments
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM-6 AM)
