Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members during 10pm-6am operations
- Coordinate loading/unloading of cross-border freight and domestic shipments
- Implement and enforce safety protocols including forklift operation standards
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies daily
- Train new hires on warehouse management systems (WMS) procedures
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international shipments
- Generate nightly productivity reports and operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required for border operations
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with cross-border shipping documentation
