Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during 10 PM - 6 AM shift operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow efficiency
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven approaches
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Georgia driver's license required
- Experience with automated conveyor systems preferred
- Shift work flexibility mandatory
