Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse staff, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience preferred)
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
- Generate nightly performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (RF scanning, WMS)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
