Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols for night operations
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift leadership
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development training
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven approaches
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Night shift leadership background required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS inventory software (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate industrial equipment
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
