Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ warehouse staff during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct inspections
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation
- Generate performance reports and process improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service levels
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
