Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight shifts
- Optimize warehouse efficiency using WMS systems and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain productivity targets
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Valid Florida driver's license and forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
