Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift associates to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory management
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and digital tools
- Conduct daily performance reviews and address issues promptly
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
