Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
