Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff during overnight operations
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement process improvements for 24-hour operational efficiency
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Maintain OSHA compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to cover extended shifts as needed
