- Supervise 10-15 night shift warehouse associates

- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve logistical challenges and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
