Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet deadlines
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Train and mentor night shift staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate complex issues to management
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
