Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift staff and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle count execution
- Oversee loading/unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills essential
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
