Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Supervise 10-15 team members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transition and process optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory counts and operational metrics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Address immediate operational challenges and escalations during shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
