Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ night shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counts and system audits
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for daily briefings
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in overnight operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
