Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, ensuring productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Train new associates on equipment handling and SOPs
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues promptly
- Maintain OSHA compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic Excel and reporting software knowledge
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
