Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and workflow efficiency
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
