Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift employees, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
