Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift team members across inbound/outbound operations
- Implement inventory control protocols and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ergonomic best practices
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 3rd shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with AS/RS systems and automated conveyors
