Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all night shift warehouse operations
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and implement improvements
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Generate performance reports and efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible overnight schedule
- Proficient in warehouse management systems
- Forklift certification required
