Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in receiving, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all shifts
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train and mentor staff on new equipment and processes
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Availability for flexible night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
