Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards are met
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology for real-time tracking
- Conduct daily safety inspections and implement corrective actions for compliance
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Generate performance reports and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficient in WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
