Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards during all shifts
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve urgent operational issues during peak night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficiency in inventory management software and WMS platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
