Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
