Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate overnight warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Train and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational documentation
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift background
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation certification required
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
