Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy
- Conduct daily inspections and quality control checks
- Manage staffing schedules and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency with WMS and RF technology
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
