Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle count compliance
- Oversee loading/unloading of trucks and dock scheduling
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
