Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members, scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and dock operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Resolve urgent operational issues during peak hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills during high-pressure scenarios
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
