Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Conduct nightly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift operations
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
