Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order picking, and shipping processes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports and metrics analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
