Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory accuracy and shipment coordination
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols during all shift operations
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily performance reports
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to workflow
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
