Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and operational challenges
- Generate performance reports and optimize warehouse efficiency metrics
- Train staff on new technologies and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification and forklift operation expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled facilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
