Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Train and supervise 8-10 team members ensuring safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Implement OSHA compliance and safety procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
