Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven ability to lead overnight teams in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
