Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, scheduling assignments and providing guidance
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle equipment maintenance coordination and troubleshooting
- Process documentation and reports using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience, preferably in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
