Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Communicate daily priorities with day shift management team
- Address operational issues promptly and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
