Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during all operations
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
