Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with scheduling and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Optimize inventory control systems and dock operations
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Forklift operator certification
