Responsibilities
- Coordinate nightly warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
