Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Generate nightly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with 1+ years in night shift roles
- Forklift certification and proficiency with WMS software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development abilities
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
