Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 night shift team members during peak operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle counts
- Train staff on WMS systems and equipment operation
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proven leadership with conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree a plus
